• Innovate and design attractive and delicious cakes (including theme/custom cakes).

• Decorate cakes and desserts using various techniques (fondant, cream, chocolate, piping, etc.).

• Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency of products.

• Maintain inventory and manage ingredients stock.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal products.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and baking equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6+ years of experience as a Cake & Pastry Chef.

• Strong skills in baking and cake decoration.

• Knowledge of eggless/vegetarian recipes preferred.

• Creativity and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle large orders.

• Flexible with shift timings and able to work during weekends or festivals if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery.

• Experience in a commercial bakery, pastry shop, or café.
