We are hiring multiple chefs to join our culinary team across various locations. The ideal candidates should be passionate about cooking, maintain high food quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Prepare and cook food items as per standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards (FSSAI compliance).
Assist in menu planning, inventory control, and stock rotation.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Support the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations.
Adhere to company SOPs, waste control, and quality parameters.
Minimum 6 months – 5 years of experience (depending on role).
Knowledge of Indian, Continental, Chinese, or specialized cuisine preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure.
Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred, not mandatory).
