Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment; maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Take customer orders, recommend beverages, and ensure a pleasant service experience.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; restock as required.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain the cleanliness of the barista station.
Coordinate with service staff and support smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Good customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior barista experience preferred.
