The ideal candidate knows coffee inside out from bean to cup and thrives on delivering quality, consistency, and an outstanding guest experience.Responsibilities:

• Lead daily coffee bar operations and uphold top-tier beverage quality

• Prepare espresso-based and specialty drinks with precision and flair

• Calibrate espresso machines and grinders for perfect extraction

• Train and mentor junior baristas on technique and service

• Maintain hygiene, workflow efficiency, and visual presentation standards

• Engage with customers, sharing knowledge of coffee origins and flavor notes

• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers

• Innovate seasonal beverages and signature menu items

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in specialty or premium coffee establishments

• Expertise in brewing techniques and latte art

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Team player with a professional, friendly approach

• Additional coffee certifications (SCA, CQI, etc.) are a strong advantage.
