Social Media , WhatsAPP & Content Executive (Full Time)
Experience: 2–4 years
Education: Any graduate / Mass Communication / Marketing / Digital Marketing preferred
Location : Chennai
Key Responsibilities
● Manage social media presence across:
● YouTube
● Prepare monthly social media content calendars.
● Create and publish regular posts, product promotions and technical content.
● Develop content for:
● New product launches
● Product applications
● Customer success stories
● Technical tips
● Machining solutions
● Company activities
● Exhibitions and events
● Employee/company branding
● Coordinate with the technical team to understand products and applications.
● Convert technical information into simple and attractive customer-focused content.
● Prepare short videos, reels and product demonstration content.
● Write captions, headlines and hashtags.
● Coordinate with the designer for creative requirements.
● Monitor engagement, reach and lead generation.
● Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
Required Experience & Skills
● 2–4 years of experience in social media/content marketing.
● Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.
Whatsapp campaign Strategy Lead Tracking , Generating catlog
● Good English writing and communication skills.
● Experience in Canva, Photoshop or similar design/video tools preferred.
● Basic knowledge of video editing and reels.
● Experience in B2B, engineering, manufacturing or industrial companies will be an advantage.
● Ability to understand technical products and communicate them in simple language.
● Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
● Ability to work with deadlines and maintain a regular posting schedule.
