We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Content Writer who can dominate both the "scroll-stopping" world of paid ads and the "authority-building" world of personal branding. You will be responsible for the end-to-end writing process across Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok, focusing on everything from viral moment marketing to high-conversion ad scripts.
Ad Copy & Scriptwriting: Write high-converting copy for paid ads and engaging video scripts (hooks, body, CTA) for TikTok, Reels, and Snapchat.
Organic Posting: Manage daily content creation for Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok to keep the community engaged.
Personal Branding: Ghostwrite thought-leadership posts and long-form articles for LinkedIn to build a strong personal brand for leadership.
Moment Marketing: Act fast on viral trends, news, and memes to create timely, relevant content that keeps us in the conversation.
Platform Strategy: Tailor the tone of voice for each platform—from professional on LinkedIn to raw and authentic on TikTok/Snapchat.
The "Hook" Master: Ability to write video hooks that stop users from scrolling in the first 2 seconds.
Versatile Voice: Can switch between sales-driven ad copy, professional LinkedIn articles, and casual "Gen-Z" slang for TikTok/Snap.
Strategic Thinking: Understanding of how content feeds into a larger marketing funnel.
Speed: Ability to turn around content quickly for "moment marketing" opportunities.
Proven experience writing for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
A portfolio featuring video scripts and successful ad campaigns.
Experience in Personal Branding or executive ghostwriting is a huge plus.
