We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Marketing / Content Creator to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands current trends, and can create engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Develop high-quality content.
Write engaging captions and copy aligned with brand voice.
Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Coordinate with designers when required.
Manage platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Schedule and publish posts regularly.
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement.
Develop social media growth strategies.
Track trends and implement relevant content ideas.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign alignment.
Identify influencer collaboration opportunities.
Monitor KPIs (engagement rate, reach, impressions, followers, conversions).
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Optimize content based on analytics and audience insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
2–4years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, or similar editing software.
Proficiency in using AI tools.
Understanding of social media algorithms and paid advertising basics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
