Social Media Content Writer

We are looking for a Social Media Content Writer to join our team at Aarize Global Media, scriptwriter who understands human psychology, storytelling, and attention economy — not someone who just writes grammatically correct sentences.

Your job is simple:
👉 Write scripts that hook fast, hold attention, and drive action

If your scripts don’t perform, they’re useless. Period. with an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 and a chance to contribute to a creative and collaborative content team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-retention scripts for:

  • Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts

  • YouTube long-form videos

  • LinkedIn content (optional but preferred)

• Create strong hooks (first 3 seconds) that stop scroll

• Structure content using proven frameworks:

  • Hook → Curiosity → Value → Payoff → CTA

• Simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging storytelling

• Adapt tone based on audience (students, founders, professionals)

• Collaborate with editors & content strategists for execution

• Iterate scripts based on performance data (not ego)

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Audience psychology

  • Viral content patterns

  • Retention tactics

• Ability to write in conversational, punchy language

• Experience with short-form content (Reels/Shorts) is a must

• Can write scripts that sound natural when spoken (not robotic)

• Fast turnaround time (content speed matters)

Bonus Points (But Valuable)

• Experience working with creators or personal brands

• Knowledge of creators like Ranveer Allahbadia or Raj Shamani style content

• Understanding of hooks, storytelling formats, and viral trends

• Basic idea of editing/visual storytelling
