About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Research Executive to drive content discovery and strategy across our brands: Taxlegit, NGOExperts, and FlowIQ. In this role, your primary focus will be discovering trending topics, viral content formats, and high-traction ideas to boost organic reach, engagement, and audience growth across all social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Trend & Viral Content Discovery: Continuously research and identify viral, trending topics and formats across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and blogs to maximize brand traction.

• Competitor & Market Intelligence: Perform daily competitor analysis on top-performing posts, reels, carousels, shorts, and videos to uncover actionable content opportunities.

• Daily Content Generation: Propose daily, data-backed content concepts across key niches—finance, taxation, NGOs, CSR, startups, and artificial intelligence (AI).

• Data & Fact Sourcing: Gather accurate statistics, official government updates, regulatory changes, and authoritative reference links to support content credibility.

• Optimization & Hook Strategy: Research high-performing keywords, hashtags, catchy hooks, viral titles, and engagement triggers tailored to each platform.

• Workflow Support: Maintain and deliver a structured daily content research sheet for copywriters, video creators, and graphic designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional online research skills with a strong pulse on evolving social media trends and viral content mechanics.

• Strong written English skills with a sharp eye for engaging headlines and hooks.

• Familiarity with search and trend analysis tools like Google Trends, basic SEO principles, and keyword research.

• Hands-on experience or familiarity using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline research and ideation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
