We are looking for an experienced YouTube Content Writer who has previously worked with YouTube channels and understands audience psychology, storytelling, and engagement-driven content creation. The primary responsibility will be writing high-quality YouTube scripts, conducting deep content research, and creating compelling narratives that maximize viewer retention.

The ideal candidate should understand YouTube trends, viral content structure, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and well-structured scripts for YouTube videos.

• Conduct in-depth research on video topics and gather accurate information.

• Develop strong hooks and storytelling flow to improve audience retention.

• Convert complex topics into simple, engaging content

• Work closely with the channel team to develop video ideas and concepts.

• Optimize scripts for watch time, engagement, and viewer psychology.

• Stay updated with YouTube trends, viral formats, and competitor content

• Ensure factual accuracy and originality of content

• Revise scripts based on feedback when required

Requirements

1. Prior experience working with a YouTube channel (mandatory).

2. Proven experience in script writing and content research.

3. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills

4. Understanding of YouTube audience behavior and engagement techniques.

5. Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

6. Excellent research skills and attention to detail.

7. Experience in business, case study, finance, or educational content (preferred)

8. Portfolio or sample work required

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of YouTube SEO and content strategy

Understanding of viewer retention techniques

Experience writing viral or high-performing video scripts

Familiarity with Hindi/Hinglish content writing.
