Job Description

We are looking for a creative Copywriter with a strong understanding of Content Strategy to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging, persuasive, and result-driven content while also contributing to content planning, ideation, and strategy across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, engaging, and error-free content for websites, blogs, social media, ads, emailers, and marketing campaigns

• Develop content ideas and themes aligned with brand goals and target audience

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to create impactful campaigns

• Plan and execute content calendars across platforms

• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversions

• Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior

• Maintain brand tone, voice, and consistency across all content

• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command over English (written and verbal)

• Proven experience in copywriting and content creation

• Good understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience targeting

• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research

• Ability to write for different formats: long-form, short-form, ads, captions, scripts

• Creative thinking with attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with digital marketing or branding agencies

• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content

• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, Canva, or CMS platforms
