high-converting creatives for the USA market across multiple digital platforms. We specialize in

performance-driven advertising strategies that combine storytelling, audience psychology, and

data-backed creative execution to drive measurable business results.

As we continue expanding our creative division, we are looking for experienced Copywriters who understand performance marketing and can create compelling ad creatives

that generate engagement, leads, and conversions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern advertising trends, consumer

psychology, retention-driven storytelling, and platform-specific creative writing.

Note: AI-generated writing is strictly prohibited for this role. We are specifically hiring writers

who can independently create original, human-written content.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Write and proofread high-converting ad copies, VSLs, UGC scripts, short-form scripts,

long-form scripts, and video creatives for performance campaigns.

● Develop strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and conversion-focused CTAs designed to

maximize audience attention and retention.

● Write content tailored to USA audiences by understanding consumer behavior, emotional

triggers, pain points, product positioning, and buying intent.

● Adapt messaging, tone, pacing, and script structure for platforms such as Meta, TikTok,

YouTube, Google, and Native Ads.

● Collaborate with Media Buyers and the Design Team to align creatives with campaign

goals and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

● 1 years of experience in Copywriting, Creative Writing, or Performance Marketing.

● Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills.

● Ability to independently create original hooks, concepts, and ad angles.

● Strong proofreading and quality control capabilities.

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment.
