Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality content for real estate websites, property listings, landing pages, blogs, and social media.

• Create engaging copy for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Develop SEO-friendly blogs and website content based on relevant keywords and search intent.

• Write content for brochures, flyers, email campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.

• Research real estate trends, local markets, projects, competitors, and customer preferences.

• Create compelling property descriptions highlighting features, amenities, location advantages, and USPs.

• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, design, and SEO teams to develop content campaigns.

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.

• Maintain the company's brand voice across all communication channels.

• Update existing website and marketing content when required.

• Stay updated with real estate, digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of professional content-writing experience; experience in real estate is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong research and storytelling abilities.

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keywords, headings, meta descriptions, and search intent.

• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly.

• Strong proofreading and editing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Docs, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
