Position: Proposal Writer

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with exceptional writing skills may also apply)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality proposals, bids, and tender documents.

• Understand client requirements and develop customized proposals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information.

• Ensure timely submission of proposals with complete documentation.

• Maintain proposal templates and supporting documents.

• Research client requirements, government tenders, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple proposals.

• Experience with Government/NGO proposals, GEM, CPP Portal, or tender documentation is an added advantage.
