Key Responsibilities & Skills

SEO Writing – Write SEO-friendly content optimized for search engines while maintaining readability and engagement.

Article Writing – Create well-researched, informative, and engaging articles across different industries and topics.

Content Calendar Management – Plan and develop monthly content calendars for multiple brands based on their goals, audience, and campaigns.

Content Strategy – Develop content strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing objectives.

Script Writing – Write engaging scripts for reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and other digital content.

Ad Copy & Social Media Copy – Create compelling ad copies, post captions, hooks, headlines, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.

AI Prompting – Use AI tools effectively for content ideation, research, content creation, optimization, and workflow enhancement through effective prompting.

Research Skills – Conduct thorough research to understand topics, industries, target audiences, competitors, and brand requirements before creating content.

Proofreading & Editing – Review and refine content for grammar, spelling, clarity, readability, tone, consistency, and overall quality.

Adaptability – Ability to understand different brand voices and create content in different tones, formats, and styles.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong command of English grammar and communication

- Excellent research and writing skills

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh content ideas

- Understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing

- Ability to work on multiple brands and meet deadlines

- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and research

- Knows about AI and how to use it

- Ability to independently understand a brief and deliver quality content.
