About the Role

Orionsoft Technologies Private Limited is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator & Reels Editor to strengthen our digital presence in the IT Services and Technology space.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form videos, reels, social media content, and creative assets that communicate our IT services, software solutions, web development, digital solutions, technology expertise, and company capabilities in a simple and engaging manner.

The ideal candidate should understand how to convert technical information into easy-to-understand, visually appealing, and engaging content for business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, video posts, carousels, and social media creatives for IT Services.

• Develop content around:

o Web Development

o Software Development

o Mobile App Development

o UI/UX Design

o Digital Marketing

o E-commerce Solutions

o Cloud & Technology Solutions

o AI & Automation

o IT Consulting and other technology services.

• Convert technical concepts and IT service offerings into simple, engaging content for non-technical audiences.

• Create educational, promotional, informative, and trend-based content related to the technology industry.

• Develop strong hooks, scripts, storylines, captions, and CTAs for Reels and short-form videos.

• Edit professional Reels with captions, transitions, graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and branding elements.

• Research current technology trends, social media trends, trending formats, sounds, topics, and competitor content.

• Create content specifically for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Develop B2B-focused content to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Work with the SEO and Digital Marketing team to create content aligned with keywords, campaigns, and business objectives.

• Repurpose blogs, case studies, website content, and technical information into short-form social media content.

• Create content showcasing company expertise, client solutions, projects, achievements, and success stories.

• Support employer-branding content such as employee activities, workplace culture, hiring posts, and team videos.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and transform it into engaging content.

• Maintain consistency in brand voice, design, messaging, and visual identity.

• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and audience response.

• Manage multiple content requirements and ensure timely delivery according to the content calendar.

Video Editing Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.

• Add professional subtitles, text overlays, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, and background music.

• Create attention-grabbing opening sequences and maintain viewer retention throughout the video.

• Optimize videos according to platform-specific dimensions and formats.

• Ensure proper audio quality, video quality, pacing, and visual consistency.

• Create multiple versions of content when required for different social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Reels Editing, Video Editing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.

• Strong understanding of IT Services / Software / Technology industry content.

• Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.

• Strong knowledge of short-form video formats and social media trends.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.

• Ability to write engaging scripts, captions, hooks, and CTAs.

• Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content strategies.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to understand technical topics and present them in a simple and engaging way.

• Good sense of visual design, typography, composition, and branding.

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple content requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with an IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or Technology company.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

• Understanding of B2B marketing and lead-generation content.

• Experience creating content for international clients or global audiences.

• Basic knowledge of AI-powered content creation and video editing tools.

• Familiarity with content analytics and social media performance metrics.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

• Comfortable participating in or coordinating video shoots when required.
