Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Content Project Manager to lead our content team, manage end-to-end content production, and monitor performance to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of writers/editors, ensure high-quality, Books content, and use data analytics to refine content strategy and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of content creators, editors.
Set clear individual and team goals, define KPIs, and conduct performance reviews.
Oversee content creation schedules (editorial calendars) to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Ensure consistent brand voice and quality control across all content formats.
Develop, implement, and own the end-to-end content strategy aligned with business objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (ROI, engagement rates, traffic) using available tools.
Identify content gaps, conduct competitor analysis, and optimize existing content for better visibility.
Maintain regular Management Information Systems (MIS) to evaluate team productivity.
Content Creation & Operations:
Oversee creation of high-quality content including Articles, academics books content, case studies, whitepapers.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in content writing, moderation, Proof Reading, Editing with at least 2–4 years in a leadership or team-handling role.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, provide feedback, and mentor writers.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS, InDesign, Coral Draw, HTML, and MS Office.
Writing & Editing: Excellent editorial judgment, creative writing, and proofreading skills.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
