🔹 Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Develop creative ideas, concepts, and storytelling for posts, reels, and campaigns.
Write engaging captions, scripts, blog posts, and website content.
Shoot and edit photos/videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
Manage social media calendars and schedule posts.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve content strategy.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaigns.
Brainstorm concepts and participate in creative meetings.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with community when required.
Ensure timely delivery of content tasks and meet deadlines.
🔹 Required Skills
Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic to advanced photo/video editing skills.
Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
Research and analytical skills.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
🔹 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Experience in content creation or social media management is an added advantage.
Portfolio or examples of previous work is highly desirable.
May involve field shoots, events, or brand collaboration tasks.
