Role Overview:
Sata Sundar is seeking a dynamic and engaging Female Podcaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be smart, presentable, and passionate about creating compelling audio content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and record podcast episodes with confidence and clarity.

• Conduct interviews and manage on-camera discussions with guests.

• Research, plan, and develop episode content aligned with company goals.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Edit and refine audio recordings to deliver high-quality productions.

• Monitor audience feedback and analytics to improve future episodes.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only, age up to 30.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in podcasting or a related field.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good on-camera presence for interviews.

• Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

• ESIC, PF, and gratuity benefits.

• Annual performance bonus.

• Working hours: 10 AM – 6 PM.
