Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, and subject matter experts for content creation and updates.
Review, proofread, and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone consistency.
Manage the publishing calendar and ensure timely delivery of content projects.
Conduct keyword research and ensure SEO best practices in digital content.
Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
Maintain content databases, metadata, and archives for easy retrieval and updates.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to content metrics.
Ensure brand voice, style, and quality standards are maintained across all platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in content writing, editing, or management roles.
Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing style.
Familiarity with SEO, content management systems (WordPress, CMS tools), and social media platforms.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Experience in educational publishing / edtech / marketing agency (as relevant).
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or basic graphic design skills.
Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven content optimization.
