Responsibilities:
Handle customer billing, process payments (cash, card, UPI), and issue receipts accurately.
Maintain cash drawer, reconcile daily collections, and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Greet customers, take orders (if required), and coordinate with kitchen/service staff for smooth operations.
Manage POS systems, update order details, and resolve basic billing or payment-related queries.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing counter area.
Assist in preparing daily sales reports and supporting audit requirements.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
Strong numerical accuracy, communication skills, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
