Handle cash, UPI, credit cards, and loyalty points securely.
2.Customer Service
Greet customers warmly at the counter.
Resolve billing-related queries politely and efficiently.
Upsell small impulse products at billing counter (1+1 chocolates, fresh snacks, etc.).
3. Cash, delivery 🚚& Float Management.
Maintain
opening cash float and
closing cash tally.
Report discrepancies immediately to Supervisor.
4. Store Hygiene & Professionalism
Keep billing area clean and organized.
Dress neatly as per company uniform and grooming standards.
5. Team Coordination
Coordinate with floor staff, CRM team, and supervisors to speed up checkouts.
Assist in crowd control during rush hours.

1. Billing Accuracy : 99.9% error-free transactions.
2. Customer Wait Time:
Average checkout time ≤ 3 minutes per customer.
3. Shortage/Excess in Cash:
Zero or ≤ 0.1% variance per month.

Target % of billing value from impulse sales.
5. Customer Feedback Score: 4.5+ rating on courtesy & service.
6. Attendance & Punctuality:
≥ 95%.
