We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to handle billing and payment transactions at our automobile dealership/service center. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate processing of customer payments, maintain financial records, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, cheques).
Generate invoices for vehicle sales, spare parts, and service charges.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Handle daily cash collection and ensure proper cash reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash and prepare daily cash reports.
Coordinate with the accounts department for payment updates and discrepancies.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash counter.
