Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer billing and invoicing accurately.
Receive and process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
Generate receipts and maintain transaction records.
Verify product details, weight, pricing, making charges, and GST before billing.
Manage daily cash collections and deposits.
Reconcile cash and billing records at the end of the day.
Assist customers with payment-related queries.
Process advance bookings, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth checkout operations.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Cashier or Billing Executive.
Experience in a jewellery showroom or retail store will be preferred.
Knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Familiarity with GST billing and invoicing procedures.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).
Good communication and customer service skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain records.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
