Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier cum Shift Manager to handle billing operations, customer service, shift supervision, and daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced QSR environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle billing, cash transactions, UPI/card payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
Manage customer queries and ensure smooth guest service.
Supervise staff during shifts and allocate daily duties.
Ensure timely food service and coordination between kitchen and counter staff.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Maintain stock records and report shortages to management.
Open and close shifts as per operational requirements.
Handle basic reporting and daily sales updates.
