Key Responsibilities:
Manage Cash and Card Transactions: Handle customer payments accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
Use of POS Systems: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Pet Pooja and CSAT to process orders, payments, and generate reports.
Billing and Invoicing: Ensure all bills are prepared correctly and manage the issuance of invoices to customers.
Daily Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile daily sales and cash at the end of each shift, ensuring that the till balances with the recorded sales.
Generate Sales Reports: Create and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using POS systems to keep track of financial performance.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing billing-related inquiries and resolving any discrepancies.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Cash Counter: Ensure the cash counter is always neat and the equipment is in good working condition.
Compliance with Financial Procedures: Follow company policies for cash handling, including proper documentation and secure storage of cash.
Collaboration with Kitchen and Floor Staff: Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and timely order processing.
Assist with Promotions and Discounts: Apply discounts and promotional offers as per company guidelines and ensure correct pricing is reflected.
MIS & Reports: Share reports/Attendance of staff as per requirement.
