Job Title: Cashier

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier who has hands-on experience with Tally software, billing, purchase entry, sales entry, GST, and maintaining daily accounts. The candidate should be honest, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash and billing operations

• Create and manage sales invoices in Tally with proper GST application

• Record purchase entries, sales entries, and other accounting data

• Maintain accurate cash register and daily cash report

• Ensure proper stock updates based on sales and purchase entries

• Assist in maintaining basic accounts and documentation

• Generate GST-compliant invoices and verify GST details

• Coordinate with the accounts team for GST input/output tracking

• Handle customer transactions and provide receipts

• Reconcile cash at the end of the day

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier or Billing Executive

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP (billing, purchase, sales)

• Good understanding of GST, tax rates, and invoice compliance

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
