Job Description

Position: Cashier
Location: Modi Hyundai Vasai Workshop (part of Gautam Modi Group)
Experience Required: 1–4 years
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
Education: Graduate and above

🛠 Core Responsibilities

Transaction Processing
- Receive and process payments for vehicle sales, service repairs, and spare parts.
- Handle multiple payment modes: cash, checks, credit/debit cards.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Cash Management
- Balance cash drawers daily.
- Ensure accuracy in currency handling and deposits.
- Prepare daily cash reports for management.
Customer Service
- Greet customers at the cashier window in a professional manner.
- Address billing queries and provide clear explanations of charges.
Administrative Support
- Assist service and sales departments with billing-related documentation.
- Maintain records in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Support internal audits and compliance checks.
