Key Responsibilities
Handle daily cash, card, UPI and other customer payment transactions.
Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately.
Handle jewellery billing, including gold, silver and diamond products.
Calculate jewellery prices based on weight, purity, making charges, wastage and applicable taxes.
Manage cash receipts, payments and daily cash balances.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales and payment transactions.
Handle cash closing and daily cash reconciliation.
Coordinate with sales executives for billing and customer payments.
Ensure accuracy in GST billing and invoice preparation.
Maintain proper records of credit/debit card and UPI transactions.
Handle customer payment-related queries professionally.
Ensure proper maintenance and security of cash at the counter.
