We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Executive / Cashier to handle billing operations and cash transactions in our jewellery showroom. The candidate will ensure accurate billing, smooth payment processing, and proper financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Generate accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases
Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
Operate billing software and POS systems efficiently
Ensure proper cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation
Maintain daily billing and cash reports
Verify billing details and ensure accuracy in transactions
Coordinate with sales team for smooth billing process
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices
Follow company financial policies and procedures
