Key responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• Operate POS and process cash / digital payments.

• Issue bills, handle refunds and discounts.

• Daily cash reconciliation and shift handover.

• Provide friendly counter service; resolve basic customer queries.

• Maintain sales records and petty cash logs; follow hygiene and cash‑handling procedures.

- POS चलाना और नकद/डिजिटल पेमेंट संभालना।
- बिल जारी करना, रिफंड और डिस्काउंट हैंडल करना।
- दैनिक कैश मिलान और शिफ्ट‑हैंडओवर।
- ग्राहकों को विनम्र सेवा देना और सामान्य प्रश्न हल करना।
- बिक्री रिकॉर्ड और पेटी कैश लॉग बनाए रखना; हाइजीन और कैश‑हैंडलिंग प्रक्रियाओं का पालन।

Pay, shifts & benefits / वेतन, शिफ्ट और फायदे

• Pay: As per role and experience; typical range for entry/mid cashier; senior roles higher.

• Payment cadence: Monthly (some junior roles may be daily/weekly).

• Shifts: Morning / Evening / Night. Overtime as per law.

• Benefits: PF, weekly off, free meal on duty, medical cover, joining bonus for selected roles, accommodation/transport assistance for outstation joiners (where applicable). Food and accommodation may be provided.

Requirements / आवश्यकताएँ

• Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems.

• Honest, punctual, customer‑friendly attitude.

• Prior QSR or retail cashier experience preferred for senior roles.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle peak hours.
