Job Title: KOT Manager (Kitchen Order Ticket Manager)

Location: Bisi Dose, Ravet, PCMC, Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized KOT Manager to efficiently manage customer orders from billing to kitchen dispatch. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate order processing, timely coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams, and smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders through the POS system.

• Generate and manage Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs).

• Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth order flow.

• Monitor preparation and delivery times to reduce delays.

• Verify order accuracy before serving or packing.

• Handle online delivery platform orders (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).

• Resolve order-related issues and communicate updates to customers.

• Maintain daily sales, KOT, and order records.

• Ensure POS systems, printers, and KOT stations are functioning properly.

• Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, QSR, or café.

• Experience with POS/KOT software is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
