Key Responsibilities
Operating Machinery:
Setting up and operating various machines to produce goods according to specifications.
Product Assembly:
Assembling parts and products by hand or using equipment, following production instructions and standards.
Quality Control:
Performing inspections on raw materials and finished products, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintaining and cleaning production equipment and workstations to ensure they are safe, organized, and functional.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, manufacturing standards, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Production Monitoring:
Monitoring the production process to ensure efficiency, timely output, and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Packaging & Shipping:
Packaging completed products and preparing them for shipment, often including inventory management.
Teamwork & Reporting:
Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and line leaders, reporting any issues with equipment or processes.
