Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling:

  Develop and manage detailed production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets. 

• Resource Management:

  Allocate and manage human resources, raw materials, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow. 

• Quality Control:

  Monitor and inspect manufacturing processes and products to ensure they meet established quality standards and industry regulations. 

• Budget Management:

  Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. 

• Staff Supervision:

  Lead, supervise, and evaluate production staff, assigning tasks and shifts, and providing training to enhance skills and efficiency. 

• Equipment Maintenance:

  Oversee the regular maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation. 

• Safety & Compliance:

  Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations. 

• Process Improvement:

  Analyze production data and identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity. 

• Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, sales, logistics, and quality assurance, to coordinate activities and ensure a seamless production flow.
