मॉड्यूलर कारपेंटर

We are looking for a MODULAR CARPENTER to join our team at Bhushan Interiors to take on furniture making, installation and wooden repairs across residential and commercial projects. This role offers a competitive in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹22,000 and regular work.

1. Key Responsibilities:

2. Read measurements, drawings and blueprints accurately

3. Set up and safely operate panel saw machines to cut plywood, MDF, And HDHMR

4. Cut, shape and assemble wood for furniture and fixtures

5. Inspect boards before and after cutting to maintain high finish quality and correct dimension.

6. perform basic machine mauntenance,including blade checks,cleaning and reporting technical issues.

7. Maintain quality craftsmanship and workplace safety

8. Safely operate panel saw, edge banding.

9. Read technical cutting lists and process MDF, HDF, and Plywood panels accurately.

10. Apply PVC/Acrylic edge banding neatly on kitchen shutters, wardrobe doors, and panels.

11. Modular Hardware Fitting (मॉड्यूलर हार्डवेयर फिटिंग)

12. Fix and align modular hardware like auto-hinges, drawer channels, lift-up systems, and tandem boxes.

    ​ऑटो-हिंज (कब्जे), ड्रॉअर चैनल, लिफ्ट-अप सिस्टम और टैंडम बॉक्स जैसे मॉड्यूलर हार्डवेयर की सही फिटिंग और अलाइनमेंट करना।

13. Perform basic cleaning, blade changing, and daily maintenance of modular machinery and hand tools.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Basic knowledge of tools like saws, drills, hammers and wall panelling is a plus.
