Coordinate with the design and AutoCAD team for drawing clarification and execution.
Plan and allocate manpower and resources effectively.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain production reports, daily progress records, and inventory updates.
Implement and monitor safety guidelines and workplace discipline.
Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
