Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Unisex Hairstylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in haircutting, hairstyling, hair treatments, and coloring services for both men and women. The candidate must be customer-focused, creative, and committed to delivering exceptional salon experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Haircutting & Styling

• Provide professional haircuts and styling services for male and female clients.

• Perform blow-drying, styling, straightening, curling, and other hair styling services.

• Create customized looks based on client preferences and current trends.

Hair Treatments & Chemical Services

• Perform hair spa, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments.

• Execute hair coloring, highlights, global coloring, balayage, and streaking services.

• Carry out smoothening, keratin, rebonding, straightening, and perming treatments.

Client Consultation

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.

• Educate clients on hair care routines and product usage.

• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Customer Service

• Recommend relevant salon services and retail products.

• Upsell treatments and products based on client needs.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive client experience.

Hygiene & Professional Standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations.

• Follow salon SOPs and safety guidelines.

• Ensure all services are delivered as per salon quality standards.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with beauticians, therapists, and salon staff.

• Participate in training programs and stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.

Requirements

✔ Diploma or Certification in Hair Styling/Cosmetology preferred
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a Unisex Salon
✔ Expertise in haircutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
