Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and professional Unisex Hair Stylist who can provide high-quality hair services for both male and female clients. The ideal candidate should have good technical skills, customer service abilities, and a passion for hair styling and grooming.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and hair setting for men and women.

• Provide hair colouring, highlights, root touch-ups, and other chemical treatments.

• Perform hair spa, deep conditioning, smoothening, and keratin treatments, as per skill level.

• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care services.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation.

• Ensure proper maintenance of salon tools, equipment, and workstations.

• Recommend suitable hair care products and services to clients.

• Achieve individual sales targets and promote salon packages and services.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

• Follow salon policies, grooming standards, and professional service protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Unisex Hair Stylist is preferred.

• Good knowledge of men's and women's haircuts and styling techniques.

• Practical knowledge of hair colouring and chemical treatments is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and a client-friendly attitude.

• Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork.

• Willingness to learn new trends and techniques in hair styling.
