Key Responsibilities

Hair Services

Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, and grooming services.

Provide hair coloring, highlights, global color, root touch-up, and other chemical treatments.

Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on client requirements.

Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.

Client Consultation

Understand customer needs and provide professional recommendations.

Educate clients on hair care routines and maintenance.

Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure positive resolution.

Sales & Revenue

Promote salon packages, memberships, and retail products.

Upsell relevant hair treatments and services.

Contribute to achieving individual and salon revenue targets.

Team Leadership

Guide and train junior stylists and assistants.

Support salon management in maintaining service standards.

Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.

Salon Operations

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.

Follow salon SOPs and safety standards.

Ensure proper inventory usage and minimize product wastage.
