💰 Compensation

11000 per month – In-Hand Salary

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences and requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and styles.

• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper display, arrangement, and presentation of merchandise.

• Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and customer-ready.

• Support billing, stock management, and other store operations when required.

• Promote ongoing offers, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

✅ Candidate Profile

• 12th pass or Graduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented and enthusiastic personality.

• Interest in fashion, styling, and retail.

• Willingness to work in a retail store environment.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
