We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle appointments, and ensure every guest receives a warm and professional experience.
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments via phone, in person, and online systems
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
Coordinate with stylists and therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain client records and update customer information accurately
Handle billing, payments, invoices, and cash/card transactions
Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products
Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere
Resolve customer concerns or complaints politely and professionally
Support basic administrative tasks such as inventory tracking and reports
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (salon/spa experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (appointment software, email, billing systems)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
