Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of salon services and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Supervise, motivate, and manage salon staff.

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

• Handle appointments, walk-ins, customer queries, and complaints.

• Drive sales of salon services and retail products.

• Monitor daily revenue, billing, and staff performance.

• Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.

• Manage inventory and coordinate product requirements.

• Implement promotional offers and achieve sales targets.

• Ensure adherence to salon policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the salon or beauty industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.

• Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of salon services, retail sales, and daily operations.

• Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.

• Professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
