Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager located in Karol Bagh. The Salon Manager will oversee the daily operations of the salon, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising hair care and cosmetology services, maintaining high service standards, handling customer inquiries, and managing inventory and product orders. The role also involves recruiting and training staff to ensure the team operates effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Cosmetology and Hair Care with a strong understanding of salon services and techniques
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a seamless client experience and resolve inquiries or concerns
Ability to effectively manage Hiring, staff training, and team development
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience in salon management or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of salon products and industry trends is a plus
