FOR FEMALE SALON MANAGER:-
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete salon services vertical (home salon services)

• Recruit, train, and manage female beauty professionals and stylists

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Develop SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols

• Handle escalations, customer feedback, and service complaints

• Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer support teams

• Monitor daily operations, scheduling, and workforce utilization

• Track performance, productivity, and service ratings

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are followed

• Support new service launches and business expansion

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of salon services (skin, hair, makeup, nails)

• Excellent team handling and leadership skills

• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to train and mentor large field teams

• Familiarity with app-based / platform-driven service models preferred

Eligibility & Experience:

• Graduate or Diploma in Beauty / Cosmetology is must

• 5–8 years of experience in salon operations or home salon services

• Experience in similar platforms will be an advantage

• Service quality ratings and customer feedback

• Beautician productivity and retention

• Complaint resolution turnaround time

• Revenue growth of salon services vertical

FOR MALE SALON MANAGER:-
1. CORE PROFILE (Non-Negotiables)

The Male Salon Head must have:

1. 5–8+ years experience in:

   • Men’s salon operations OR

   • Grooming chains / premium barbershops OR

   • Managing multiple stylists / branches
     

2. Strong technical understanding of:

   • Men’s haircut styles (classic + modern)

   • Beard styling & grooming

   • Hair spa, hair treatment, scalp care

   • Men’s facial & cleanup services
     

3. Experience in team handling

   • Managed 10–30+ stylists directly or indirectly

   • Comfortable with discipline, grooming standards, and SOPs
     

4. Local market understanding – Lucknow

   • Area demand (Gomti Nagar, Alambagh, Indira Nagar, Aliganj, etc.)

   • Pricing sensitivity of male customers

   • Peak demand patterns (weekends, wedding season)
     

2. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES (What he OWNS)

A. Operations Ownership (Most Important)

• End-to-end responsibility for male salon services in Lucknow

• Daily allocation of stylists for home services

• Ensuring on-time arrival & zero cancellations

• Managing peak demand days without service failure
  

Note: This is an operations head, not just a stylist trainer.

B. Stylist / Barber Management

• Onboarding & verification of male stylists

• Skill assessment & service certification
  

• Regular training on:

  • New styles

  • Hygiene & safety

  • Customer communication
    

• Handling:

  • Poor ratings

  • Absenteeism

  • Attrition

  C. Service Quality & Brand Control

• Maintain uniform service standards across Lucknow
  

• Ensure:

  • Proper grooming & dress code

  • Tool hygiene & cleanliness

  • Professional behavior inside customer homes
    

• Zero tolerance for:

  • Misbehavior

  • Poor hygiene

  • Unprofessional language
    

  D. Customer Experience Management

• Handling male customer complaints escalated from support

• Ensuring:

  • Quick resolution

  • Refund / redo decisions

• Retention of high-value customers
  

• Understanding what premium male customers expect at home
  

3. KPI / SUCCESS METRICS

He will be evaluated on:

1. Service success rate (%)

2. Average customer rating

3. Stylist utilization (%)

4. Repeat customer rate

5. Cancellation rate

6. Cost efficiency (partner payout vs revenue)

4. IDEAL PERSONAL QUALITIES (Very Important)

The Male Salon Head should be:

• Firm (men’s grooming teams need discipline)

• Process-oriented

• Calm under pressure

• Customer-first

• Comfortable working with apps, dashboards, WhatsApp ops
  

Not suitable if:

• Ego-driven stylist

• Only interested in cutting hair, not managing people

• Uncomfortable with home-service culture
