Job Description

Lave Eclat is looking for a skilled and creative Nail Art Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nail care, nail extensions, and artistic nail designs while delivering excellent customer service in a professional salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel polish, acrylic nails, and nail art services.

Create customized nail designs based on client preferences and current beauty trends.

Consult clients to recommend suitable nail treatments, designs, and aftercare.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing tools, equipment, and workstations according to salon standards.

Ensure the proper application, maintenance, and safe removal of nail products.

Keep track of nail care products, tools, and supplies, and inform management when stock needs replenishment.

Stay updated with the latest nail art techniques, products, and industry trends by attending workshops and training sessions.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.

Follow all salon health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Certified Nail Art Technician.

2–3 years of experience as a Nail Art Technician or Nail Artist.

Hands-on experience in nail extensions, gel polish, acrylic nails, and creative nail art.

Strong attention to detail with excellent artistic and creative skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and provide personalized recommendations.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.

Knowledge of salon hygiene and safety standards is essential.

Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.
