• Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, chemical treatments, and basic hair care services with precision and consistency

• Ensure desired results by following correct techniques and adapting services based on hair type and condition
Hygiene & Safety Standards
• Maintain cleanliness, sterilization of tools, and hygiene of the workstation at all times
Upselling & Cross-Selling
• Recommend appropriate hair treatments, services, and retail products to enhance results and increase revenue
Target Achievement
• Take ownership of individual sale target, service and product sales targets
Client Experience & Relationship Building
• Deliver a comfortable and engaging experience to build trust and encourage repeat visits
