Hair Cutting Executive

We are looking for a Hair Cutting Executive to join our team at Debsumis Makeover Beauty Salon And Academy to provide beauty treatments, such as hairstyling/ makeup/ facials/ hair removal/ manicures/pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹15000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.

• Perform hair removal (waxing, laser)/hairstyling.

• Follow client’s preference and recommend hairstyles, nail colors, and skincare routines.

• Maintain client records and manage inventory.

• Promote relevant beauty products and services.

• Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with skin care therapies like moisturising, exfoliating, peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized cosmetic services. A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
