We are looking for a skilled and experienced Male Manicurist & Pedicurist to join our team at K-Glow. The ideal candidate will be an expert in nail and foot care services, ensuring our clients receive a flawless and relaxing experience every visit. Candidates who can offer additional wellness services will be given strong preference, though this is not mandatory.

Core Responsibilities (Mandatory)

The following services are the primary requirement for this role. Candidates must be fully expert in these:

Manicure Services

• Classic, gel, French, and spa manicures

• Nail cleaning, filing, shaping, and buffing

• Nail polish application with precision and finesse

• Hand moisturizing and care

Pedicure Services

• Classic, spa, and luxury pedicures

• Foot soaking, scrubbing, and exfoliation

• Callus removal and heel care

• Nail trimming, shaping, and cuticle care

• Foot massage and moisturizing treatment

Client Management

• Understand client preferences and deliver personalized service

• Maintain hygiene and sanitation of tools and workstations as per salon standards

• Ensure a warm, professional, and comfortable client experience

Operational Duties

• Maintain inventory of nail care supplies and report shortages

• Uphold K-Glow's cleanliness and presentation standards at all times

• Manage appointment timings and coordinate efficiently with the salon team

Additional Services — Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

The following skills are considered a significant advantage and candidates with knowledge of any of these services will be strongly preferred. Training support may be provided for the right candidate.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in manicure and pedicure services

• Strong knowledge of nail care products, tools, and techniques

• Thorough understanding of hygiene, sterilization, and sanitation protocols

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude

• Professional grooming and presentable appearance

• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Basic knowledge of skincare or beauty treatments is a plus
