Job Description: Beautician (Home Services) – Multiple Locations, Bangalore
Position: Beautician – Home Services
Locations: Bellandur, Brookefield, HSR Layout, Indiranagar, BTM Layout (Bangalore)
About the Role
We are looking for skilled and professional Beauticians to join our home services team. In this role, you will provide beauty and grooming services directly at customers’ locations while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Accept and complete all customer bookings assigned during your shift timings
● Deliver professional home beauty services efficiently and safely
● Maintain excellent customer service standards and ratings
● Ensure punctuality and professionalism during all appointments
Required Skills
Candidates should be experienced in:
● Waxing (all types)
● Threading
● Facials
● Cleanup
● Manicure
● Pedicure
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on skills, experience, and shift hours)
Incentives & Bonus:
₹15,000+ monthly incentives based on:
● Business performance
● Attendance
● Customer ratings

● Overtime pay for extra working hours and week-offs

● Rider/pick-up & drop facilities to customer locations provided by the company
Working Hours & Weekly Off
● Flexible shift timings between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
● Shift options: 8 / 9 / 10 / 11-hour shifts
● 1 weekly off between Monday to Thursday
