Role Overview

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and customer-oriented Beautician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing a wide range of beauty treatments and services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, makeup, hair styling, skin treatments, and other salon services.

Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace as per industry standards.

Ensure all equipment and tools are properly sterilized and maintained.

Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service.

Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.

Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.

Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

Certified Beautician / Cosmetology diploma or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years of relevant experience in a salon or beauty parlor (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, skin types, and product usage.

Friendly, well-groomed, and professional personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.

Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn and grow.
